Now THIS is an early 80s Commie Block, but not in a good way.
Is there a good way? haha
Reminds me or Air apartments a bit.

Well, at least the real commie blocks did some social good by providing poor people cheap housing and, I assume, taking homeless of the streets.

I'll reserve judgement until I see a full texture render. But on first impressions, it's phenomenally underwhelming.

Don't think it looks any better, it's just lit nicely.

Talk about a crap website from a user experience point of view....
These renders are textural which is good. I still think there's a fair bit of photoshop/lightroom lipstick on this pig though...

Websites not finished. Will be launched simultaneously with the sales office it’s just a place holder at the moment.

Kodo started construction with something like 60% presales, maybe more. This was feasible to them because it wasn't being funded with debt. I'd be interested in how much of Kodo has been sold now that they'd be considering taking stage 2 to market?

Looks mildly interesting.
Also, this would be Nelson St off Carrington. The old bluestone building shown is 34 Carrington St FYI

Surely I'm not the only one who gets the tune of Penny Lane from the Beatles in their head every time I read this thread...?
