No photos sorry, but is the lit top already busted? Driving past last night the south facing side had one section unlit, one a different colour, and on the east facing side one section was looking thinner and dimmer than the others.

I thought that many times too - but it looks like theirs air con units and other stuff - more like a carpark or something
Maybe not supposed to be glass glazing but something else. Maybe their supplier for car park coverings went broke and they have a band-aid wire mesh temp solution

Yes that's an extension of the existing car park that sits behind this and will have an entrance under the building. Not sure they'll do anything further with it to be honest.

Considering Samaras purchased the neighbouring laneway, I'm surprised that he didn't try and shift the carpark entry into said laneway. The current arrangement feels as though it'll get dangerous (more-so than it was before) once you've got hundreds of cars zipping out of there especially when you'll have a restaurant on one side and a hotel foyer on the other...
