Popped into town to snap these shots after work yesterday. Nearly finished externally, looks like they're just working on the top level and roof structure now. (20/10/2020)

Here are some more shots from yesterday, which I couldn't include in the previous message, as there seems to be a limit of three attachments per post.

This looks great. The subtle variation in the glass goes a long way to break up the facade.

Sorry for the poor quality photo, but this is lit up at night now.

The final glazing to the 'crown' have started going on as I drove past this morning.

Some more photos of the crown, from the original renders I thought this was supposed to be a white (or lit up?) glass? There's certainly been no reflection of light at any time of day, hence why I added this in. Bit disappointed if it is just this as the white bands were great in breaking up the building but to leave this dark material at the top just makes it look far more bleak. Happy to hear what everyone else thinks.

Taken Saturday 19th Dec. Signage mount points visible on crown.

So this is pure speculation, but the developer recently pushed the apartment settlement date to mid/late Feb. One stated reason was that some glass from overseas got delayed and will not be installed before the Christmas shut down. This could be something for the lobby/ground floor, but I'd wager a guess that it is an external glass cover for the crown.Levesque wrote:Some more photos of the crown, from the original renders I thought this was supposed to be a white (or lit up?) glass? Quite happy with how this one has turned out.
What we need now is some shape variation in our skyline on the taller buildings. More curves and interesting shapes. They’d compliment all the box like buildings really well.

Signage now up, honestly not as nice as I thought it would be.
