7/11/2020 An unexpected tower crane is being erected at Fairmont homes site North Tce (opposite the new RAH). This brings the total cranes back to 12 after the South Tce crane is being taken down today.
Who’s the builder on this one?

Good news there is a crane base at SAHMRI2 so there may be a crane (or 2 ) before Christmas. picture 14/11/2020. the crane base is on the upper level close to the street and near the existing SAHMRI1 building. (Please excuse wire fence in the picture).

What's the crane doing next to Kyren's 102-120 Wakefield Street glass box? I think the crane is on the empty block of 126 Wakefield where the Tribe Hotel was supposed to be?

The crane at 102-120 Wakefield St is being used to replace the screens on the car park levels on the east side. The old screens just had vertical bars and the new screens have a pattern of circular holes cut in one piece of metal.

I'm pretty certain that clad has always been there... The cranes are putting the last windows into place on the office building, there were a couple on the eastern side and quite a few on the northern face. Been watching them every day from my apartment.
