yes they do, but the quality of the original design clearly influenced the decision to ignore the heritage considerations. I mean, probably a good idea to wait until there's... y'know... tourists before you start building a hotel.
By the time you finish in about 2 to 3 years won't the tourists be back ? I mean no one will be able to stay there during construction.
