Up date 22/11/2023, work has finally commenced on construction of new 6 story hospital building Starting with rear 3 story car park at 204 Greenhill Rd Eastwood.
This project is next door to the Cancer Council office and accommodation building at 202-203 Greenhill Rd. The western drive way was recently completed.
Note there is a tower crane base on site. I think there could be the beginning of a lift/service core in front of the excavator(?).

16/12/2023 update on progress at private hospital at 203-204 Greenhill Rd Eastwood. work is progressing on ground floor. this building was going to have 3 basement levels of car parking not will now have 3 rear levels of car park similar to cancer council building next door at 201-202 Greenhill Rd. Service core is in the centre of the building in front of tower crane.

The water table in this area is not suitable for underground parking apparently. It was the reason Cancer Council opted not to try, and the reason this hospital couldn't make it happen.

Work is progressing on private hospital at 203-204 Greenhill Rd. The lift shafts and service cores are been built first. Pictures 24/2/2024

Update 20/4/2024. Work is progressing on private hospital at 203-204 Greenhill Rd. The 4 lift shafts and service cores have been completed and now work is progressing on ground floor level.
