Weird, I'm pretty sure it was for 399.
edit - ah my bad, or the SAPLAN site's bad, dropped the pin close to the boundary indicated on the map and it picked up that neighbouring property.

This seems to be true, but I’ve never understood why. The south-west is one of the most attractive areas of the square mile and it’s close to the markets/Chinatown which I would have thought is a pretty big drawcard. I guess some parts of it are pretty isolated transport-wise, but that’s certainly not the case for KWS South.

29/5/2024 picture of piling rig on site . There will be no basement level so footing piles have been dug over the whole site.
