Nothing really matters until it's finished. I don't really care if people think it will happen or not or when, we've still got a job to do.
After all, doubting Thomas's are correct all the way up until they are not, and once it's finished they are still welcome to come have a look!

We had another cracking meeting with planning today to discuss some minor variations. I still can't share much detail but I took a few screenshots of plans for you guys.

the view while enjoying a pedicure or massage will be pretty nice. I'll just say sorry in advance for what this going to do to the wallets of the married men in the audience.

Presidential suite towards the top of the tower, of course the very top will be reserved for the public. I'm not sure that all Presidents will like that but at least performers coming to Adelaide will have a nice floor to book out. Interesting fact: the reason there is a room on either side is because it's a requirement for visiting dignitaries from certain countries. Another hotel in Australia found out the hard way and we learned from them.

We want it open in 2027. It’s the centenary of the building and 100 years of Marriott.

No. Demolition hopefully, we still need to advance working drawings but we can commence early works and prelims before drawings are finished. It’s a bit like a zipper, all coming together as we go up.
