Are the precast panels meant to be different shapes and sizes.

This is nasty.

Reckon it's worth putting down a tenner on them deciding not to paint it in the end

A reminder of what the renders looked like. They don't even resemble each other, let alone reality. The scale/dimensions are way off.
In the image from the website the building abuts the neighbouring apartment block; in the video (and in real life) it clearly doesn't

Ugh this thing is such a piece of shit. Toms court still takes the cake though.

Anyone else seeing some cracks in the precast on the third level?

This is probably my favourite comment in a long time on this forum, thank you.

I thought they were cracks too but when I got closer it looked more like streaks from the rain dislodging accumulated grime. At least, I hope so

What about these random drill holes though? Can't be ideal for structural integrity, surely? They're on the ground floor, King William St facing panel.
Edit: A close up of the area in question. Just grime... I think??

I'll take a guess and say that some sort of awning or signage will be going there. Not uncommon for precast to have holes in it like thatBobski wrote: ↑Fri May 16, 2025 11:12 amI thought they were cracks too but when I got closer it looked more like streaks from the rain dislodging accumulated grime. Progress pics 09/06. More height. Still ugly.

The rear view from King William St

I was looking at the staircase work in the pic below but also just noticed the poster pinned to the side of the shed on the left, which is different to the renders on the developers website. Looks like they've abandoned the rooftop bar or whatever it was meant to be?
