Definitely about to hit the record not sure if it was 23 or 24 when the RAH and Adelaide Oval were being constructed but we will exceed that in coming weeks.

3 to go up in Bowden in coming weeks, 2 crane bases in and one partially erected.

Wright Street hotel and Valerie on Angas to go up in coming months. Victoria Tower to come down on the 14th June.

Glenelg Dusk apartments in a month or so too.

Another new (and unexpected ) crane base at Elegan project at the far southern end on Cedar Woods just at rear of Freville Foodland . Unexpected because up until now all 4-8 story buildings have been built using mobile cranes only.

I wonder if some safety or other laws in SA have changed to cause this. There’s a number of buildings that wouldnt usually have cranes that do. The St aloysious build is only 5 levels and not that wide.

No changes to the WHS Act or Regs. Maybe just for ease of construction and access/egress of sites with delivery of materials
