I was sad enough to count an estimate of the number of floors. It seems to be somewhere between 30-35 levels high. It looks like it would be an office building, but it could well be an office/residential building.

I count 22 levels.
And until I see more info, I don't believe it for a second. Sorry.

I think it looks fantastic, however the building next door (to the left, used to be HomeStart?) has an array of wireless networking equipment on the roof so they may oppose it as it could block their line of sight north of the building.

Double fuck me - what's going on? I'm not on for a day and all of this happens? I count 22 levels too, and the floor heights look the same as the next door homestart office building. If it uses 4m flooring like next door, this could potentially be 120m tall.
I'm not going to get my hopes up and jinx it.
Fuuuuck.

I still don't buy it. Hopefully we can get some solid confirmation within the week.
For what it's worth, i'd put the height at around 82m to roof. The floor plates line up with the next door building, which i'd expect to have around 3.7m floor-floor height.
Am I out of the PMing loop now?
