I just saw an advert on channel nine for the new Optus unlimited cap plans. In the advert it showed various footage of buildings in the City including Optus House, The GPO & The Adelaide Railway Station.
Great to see Adelaide getting some coverage
Keep an eye out for this one!

I saw this ad aswell (think we must have seen it at the same time) however at the end of the ad when the camera zoomed out to show the satellite picture of Australia it looked like it was zooming out from the Sydney area (if that makes sense). So I'm a bit suspicious as to whether they just use that ad for Adelaide, and the ad they show in Perth would have footage of Perth instead.
Hopefully it is showing Adelaide nationally because any publicity is great

I think it is nationally because I just saw it in Sydney tonight. Some great shots of some recognisable buildings around the CBD, can anyone confirm if they are all Adelaide? there are some not so obviously Adelaide shots too- I am sure that one of the clocks is on the side of the old Sealink building on the corner of South Terrace and King William Street.

well in that case great publicity for Adelaide!!
From memory I saw shots of Adelaide from Victoria Square looking North to City Central, and shots of King William St South, obviously because of the Optus Centre being located there.

Yeah I can't believe little old Adelaide is in this advertisement for Optus.
They used footage of the Optus building and the clock on the sea link building, plus shots of what looked like an elephant on the GPO clock tower with CC1 and CC2 and King William Street as well, not sure if I saw a tram there too. Great to see Adelaide in what appears to be a national tv advertisement.

Yep I noticed this add too - was pretty cool.
A company that seems to film most of their advertising (not surprisingly) in Adelaide is Mitsubishi.
