Received an e-mail from the developer yesterday. Was all about their proposed housing
in the northern suburbs - no mention of Spire at all. Wonder if this is on the
back-burner again with interest rates, price of steel etc rising ?

Maybe Denny Crane can shed some light on the situation......

I wouldn't call this development as being on the backburner, most of the apartments are already sold I think.

It's getting easy to think negatively about this one but soooo pleased it's still on the go - will make a big presence in the CBD.

P.S. Jokes aside, I hope this project gives other developers (and maybe architects) the impetus to go to the height limits (or maybe a little further). If you can build something that is this thin an imposing, then it should be much easier on larger plots (are you listening CC8).

HI guys, sorry about my absence but we have been extremely busy with the Masonic Lodge project over the last couple of weeks and, as you can see, another positive result. Spire is still going full steam ahead, and the new renderings are about two weeks away - there was some issues that we weren't happy with. Will come back and talk as soon as the dust has settled on North Terrace.
