Brittannia might have it's problems but here are a couple of unusual ones from Perth.
The first is a typical roundabout in the inner southern suburbs. Typical except for the shape.

The second is in the northern suburbs and represents an interesting solution to the meeting of six roads at one spot. It is partially signalised and is not a true roundabout in the sense that some traffic on the circular section has to give way to traffic approaching from the left.

From what I can tell, all traffic movements between roads are available if in a roundabout sort of way.
