Im really liking that side profile, the front is very "Oaks" on North Terrace, but that side looks nice.

Interesting article in today's paper about the Chinese developer financing this development without presales and living in a penthouse himself.

Also said that they are waiting to see what height increases will occur for a number of other potential proposals they are working on at the moment.

I think a lot of developers are holding off now until height limits change.
