"The Storeys" apartments on Surflen street are now for sale (46 in total). Its the old Bed'e'buys location.

I didn't see anywhere in the add a reference to it being a pig of a location? Strange ;)

Ergo apartments revealed. First stage nears completion.
The scaffolding on the first building has been taken down, revealing a taste of what will be 73 people’s new home. The external painting has commenced, and if you’d like to have a look at the transformation taking place, you are more than welcome to walk past and view it from the street. Why not make a day of it and admire the building over a beer or coffee from the tables out the front of the Hotel Wright St?

Scaffolding on the remaining buildings will gradually come down over the next couple of months, and you’ll be able to see it all taking shape.

The internal work is all happening inside the apartments, and we’re still on schedule for a mid to late November completion.

The street upgrade on Frew street is set to commence over the next 1-2 weeks, with new light poles, footpath and a little greenery being added to the street making it an even more inviting location for Ergo residents.
