Thought I'd start off this thread with a bit of an unknown redevelopment. The 12 level tower on the corner of King William and Grenfell St is being re-clad, in an awesome grey black cladding - have a looksey!!
Not bad hey??

That's my mate's old workplace.. we went past it yesterday and she pointed it out to me that they were redeveloping it. Looks fantastic in my opinion... so mod.

Yeah, noticed that the other day.
Looking good, but I hope they add a bit of colour somewhere.

Interesting stuff. I actually liked the old design, as it went okay with the building across the street (What an old gem that one is). Will be interesting how this new one fits in.
I rate this building 3.5 horns out of 5.

Not sure if it has been mentioned much but there are two other fairly significant developments going on, one on Grote st near St. Mary's school which only need a roof, bricking and interior and its done and also the one on light square with the baby yellow tower crane (climbed a little higher as of late). Both developments are going along pretty well, wondering if anyone can get out to them and get some update pics cos I m bloody tied up for a while.
Domain looks pretty nice, am def gunna like it when its done and Admiral is just flying. Can't recall such a fast bit of construction here for a while.
