Wow! Excellent pics once again Pants. This is a high quality almost end product. Very impressed with the glass and overall finish. This one fits in very nicely with its surrounds.

You can see the old KPMG HQ's reflection in the second pic - that is cool.

It's a shame it doesn't have "admiral" in large letters written down the side, like in the original proposal. I thought it was a nice touch. Ah well, still looks alright.

I was travelling down South Terrace, when I noticed that there is a 6-7 level apartment building currently under construction. I didn't have much time to have a proper look, but the site is between Morphett and King William.

The blue glass has appeared on the Australian Central Credit Union building, and it looks great! I think, this'll turn out better than Admiral house.

I was walking along Hindmarsh Square and I reckon Admiral looks terrific now that's it nearing completion. The glass really makes it look awesome. I can't wait for Conservatory to begin as well. That'll add a lot more glass to the skyline!

Yeah, saw a bit of it yesterday.

I never really held out much hope for that building, but I think it will come out looking better than the render.

I'll get out there with a camera soon enough, now that it's become more visible.

Refurb central down King William Street at the moment. 1 King William Street, the student apartments next door and the new facade on the office next to that are all under way. As well as the almost completed Westpac building on the corner of Grenfell and King William. They have added the copper section to the corner which looks really good imo. I thought it was just going to be a red/orange colour but the copper effect stands out nicely. Didn't have my camera, sorry but I am sure a few of you have also seen this. If the new Law Courts had this type of copper on the infamous part that sticks out on the NW side of the building it would have been perfect imo. But the Law Courts still look great especially now with people using it.

Have to say I am VERY impressed with how Admiral has turned out. Very nice design, and fits into place just nicely on the corner there.

Also Light Square tower has grown on me....least wont go noticed THAT much.

Work on the site next to the Alpha apartments is in full swing, heap of dirt now excavated out, getting quite deep. Wonder if this one will have a tower crane?? Or just a handful of mobiles.

Being 5 level of resi, I'd say it'd use mobiles
