Bad luck if the owners of that red brick building develop that site.
Looks nice, could be one of the best on KWS.

I imagine that they'd want to sell views of the hills as an attraction, so there should be plenty of glass on that side too.

wow, looks pretty decent. Head and shoulders above everything else around it. They dont seem to be expecting too much development in front of it by the looks of it
thanks for the render mate

Great find Pants!
That is a great looking building! and its location is superb, as it will stand out in the skyline.
Pants, would you object to me uploading that image to emporis? (and who is the image author)

Don't mind at all mate. It's just a photo I took of the advertising board on site, complete with pigeon shit for that special touch.

Great. I have been looking for images to add to the list of proposed and approved buildings on Emporis, because at the moment that department is lacking in images.
Good news that the developers have replaced the old board. I recall about a month ago, I saw the old advertising board anouncing the old 7 level proposal.

Drove past again today and I think this is now a mixed use proposal with only 4 levels of residential and the rest offices.

There was a bit of a write up about this in today's 'Tiser - nothing we didn't already know. There also was a smaller version of the render posted before.

Yeah, Tagara Group want this thing to be approved in the next few weeks and work to begin late this month and be completed by the end of next year according to the article yesterday. Fairly optimistic timeframe there.

There will be a city council development assessment panel meeting in a fortnight, so it is possible.
They probably found a tenant for the office space.

Here's what should be a better scan of the same render:
