I drove past the site on the weekend and the sales office is already half built. Compare that with U2 on waymouth which is STILL going, these guys really don't muck around.

Starfish have a standard package which they go for each time - a swimming pool, a view of a park / parklands
and reasonable pricing.
A swimming pool would be enticing for me.

perhaps if we stopped building tallish buildings on parklands, and got them moved into the physical CBD we'd have a different skyline.

It's an illusion because of a decision by the artist to make the city look further away than it is. If you stood in the actual spot when it's built, I bet the skyline would look a lot closer and loom bigger. Probably a marketing decision to make the place seem 'close to the city, but not right in it.'
