yeah.. Steven Marshall needs to hang his head in shame at this building
[/quote]

What an utterly deluded comment - unless of course its a joke.

Marshall has been Premier for all of 6 weeks - this building was approved prol 2 years ago

Every time you think this building is bad, just have think about some of the Brutalist architecture buildings gone wrong from the 70's.

Wakefield House comes to mind, or the Telstra exchange on Waymouth.

I saw this building first hand while having a beer at The Austral today, as I often do. I can safely say it hasn't got any better looking over the months

Stop jumping to conclusions everyone. I'm still optimistic. Yes its ugly but the development hasnt even finished yet. Wait for the final product.
There is still hope. A tiny tiny speck of hope.

Really?, I absolutely love Wakefield House. I wish it was double the height so it would make an impact on the skyline.

It's got a strong American look to it.

Telstra Exchange on the otherhand is f*cking awful. Horrible building.

Absolutely agree- it's an awesome building and at twice the height or more it would be very imposing yet sleek.

Wakefield House was great for its time. It has aged quite well. However it looks super stumpy. I agree, would be better taller.

Here is a picture of Wakefield house I faked some time ago .Even a modest increase in height would have improved the look of the building by changing the proportions.
