Forme has usually been patient enough to snap up adjacent lots; curious they've not waited till they'd acquired a decent land parcel to proceed with something here.

Not sure if its been mentioned elsewhere but it looks like 381 King William Street has a temp. fence around it. Its been empty since about 2019 so I would be interested to see what is going to happen.

I walked past this yesterday. I can confirm it’s facade is still standing but the rest of the building has been demolished.

The rumour is the West End Brewery site at Thebarton is the Crows/Olsens secret second location for their training/admin facilities (vs Thebarton Oval).

This looks so good IMO. Kinda out of place in a good way...the renders are shit quality, but if they use some decent materials it’ll look sweet

Not sure if this has been posted already, but realeastate.com have lots of good pictures up as well. I am very intrigued to see how it will turn out. Would have absolutely loved 203 North Terrace to roll the dice and try for something like this. Oh well...
