That would be because of the sloping red roofs all around the perimeter of the centre, as it was then.

I predict that Cheap As Chips could be relocating next to the Modbury Medical Centre (where Designer Direct was).

A-Mart AllSports (formerly Rowe & Jarmen) & the former 'Muses' CD store are merging to become Rebel Sport!
I think that the Muses closed for business a few years ago after a rock band called 'Muse' was threatened to sue!

The Target redevelopment is looking good. Just in time for Xmas.

Its also interesting to see that the old garden center entrance now displays DSE posters on it matching up with the entrance inside. It looks like DSE could be a reasonable size store tucked in behind all the other shops. Much better use of space than what Target was using it for.

Never mind that The Muses pre-dates Muse by 26 years, oh, and their Rundle Mall store is still going.

Is that the only existing Muses store? I hope it doesn't get 'killed by the Knights Of Cydonia'! :P

Cheap as Chips is closing down on the 28th Jan. I wonder if this is the start of the upgrade.

I think it's moving somewhere else. So maybe a Foodland or Spotlight will move into it's place.

Doubt it would be anything to do with the upgrade, since the upgrade will not really affect that side of Tea Tree Plus as far as I can tell.

Woolworths could move to Cheap as Chips.
Space would then be free to connect in TTP to TT+

From what I understand they can't join the two until Woolworths move.

The old Big W logos had their lettering removed but still had the older slogan! Is Big W being remodelled?

Good point and I hadn't thought of that. Is there enough space in that store for Woolworths though? I think they might need to extend it a bit to have a decent sized Woolworths. Anyway I agree it's a possibility and the existing Woolworths is several years behind their current design and looks quite tired so it would be a good thing to have a new Woolworths in TTP.

I haven't seen the signs you're referring to there, is this internal (in the mall) or external?
