That is fucking awful, especially for a North Tce frontage.

I thought it was a 1970's/60's high school for a second.

Yes I agree. You should check out the big fat pipe sticking out from the roof... i'm sure alpha apartment tenants wouldn't be too happy about that.

This is a cheap and ugly development, one that Theo Samaras will make money out of. Let's hope his King William and Coglin Street office devs are much better in quality...or else :x

Cheers

Finally found a render for 333 King William Street. Looks like a glass facade. Fairly basic but a big improvement. Looks like the funny exit/lift core is going too, hopefully. Render from propertlook.com.au:

If you want to see the sexiest glass in SA, have a look at the curved blue glass facade on the nearly completed Uni SA building on North Terrace. It's towards the Hindley St end of the building, and you'll need to get onto the Morphett St bridge to get a good view of it. It looks fucking hot!

Renders and plans are now on the ACC website for the 9 level student accomodation building on Waymouth st. It is actually almost at the corner of West Terrace so will add some nice height to that area.

It is for an 8 level apartment building for the Housing Trust. It wil be 8 levels and 25m tall. Although not a big project its location at 11 Ifould Street (close to Hutt Street) means that it will stand out.
