Thanks for that.
Would be ace to have the glazing at the bottom levels continue in the residential part

The lower windows are good - really reflective.
Not too sure what the apartment windows will look like - have to wait and see when more are installed.

Just drove past and the first corner apartment scaffolding was removed and soffit was painted/windows installed. It looked good with the black frame and white contrast of the soffit. The colpur palette looks so different to the renders - in a good way.

Does anyone know if Auta Group has any plans for those concrete slabs on the Eastern side of the tower? It would be great to have a mural or some panels for decoration. Just plain is not that appealing, however, no biggie if it's delivered just like that

They will be painted, if you look at the images in the post above from ChillyPhilly, you can see the prep work that has gone into the joins of each of the pre-cast panels. From memory it'll be painted a charcoal grey, but there's a chance the plans could have been adjusted.

I thought there was meant to be some sort of abstract panelling? I assume it was removed for cost savings.

That's on on the western side. It's a decorative screen for the carpark levels. The framing and mounting brackets are already in place.

Well, you'll have to be more specific 'cause I didn't see anything in those images. And the following ones I just took'em this morning from the carpark located on that eastern side towards the rear side of the building. I can't see any prep work, or what is that I'm supposed to look at? Illustrate me, please.

Post on linked in by Auta say they expect to top out in December this year!
That is exciting!
But in my opinion is unrealistic, or just a lie, however you wanna take it. They are building level 18 at the moment, and they started construction at the beginning of July 2023, so more than a year to get to level 18, and there are still 17 floors to get to the top.
From what I've seen, they're doing about 1 floor a fortnight.
I would say they'll get to level 26 in December, 30 in the best case.

They are into the typical floors now - one floor a week in this section is not unrealistic.
