Variation to DA 020/A013/16: Demolition and construction of multi-level mixed-use building (staged). Proposed amendments include: entire building relocated east; townhouses added to Downer Place; apartments added to ground level of north building; relocated bike storage; relocation of gym and pool; additional building level in south building and facade material development, and resolution of certain reserved matters

curious, what does 'entire building relocated east' mean ? Did they just shift this by a couple centimeters or is that a substantial shift of the footprint?Ben wrote:Extra Level.

The Launch was on Tuesday night. They hope to start construction later in the year.

Yep. It's an underrated part of the city. Been living here for past 5 years and I like it more each day, and I see it changing all the time.
