But I'll keep saying it, those bare cement tiles on the eastern side dull the beauty of the rest of the building

I’m not sure if there’s much to be changed to the upper levels but it looks terrible. A mish mash of whatever goes.

This development makes all the rest of the buildings around it look stumpy!

It's such an eye-catcher. You can see it from right up the top of Kensington Road, from King William in Unley, from Mile End. A true centrepiece. I wonder how much it's impact will be diminished once the market redevelopment starts to gain serious height.
