Hopefully the redesign is just a reconfiguration of the apartments to match the market better, because the external appearance sure isn't the problem.

Seems this site (between the Sage and the Chifley) now has SWP status...there is fencing around the whole site now and demolition appears to be finished with activity on site still ongoing....can anyone provide any further insight as to what is happening with this site/project?

I'm pretty sure that site is 215,216-225 South Terrace. There was a proposal back in 2016 for an 18 level apartment building.

That’s why I’m asking for clarity here, because the development I think you’re talking about is indeed the one shown in the renders in the initial pages of this thread....
