There's already a showroom. Large signage on the existing showroom indicating construction starting November.

Workers on site this morning, looks to me as if they were erecting a proper site fence.

Yes I noticed workers onsite today. Adelaide potentially could start booming next year.

Correct weight. Drove past this evening and there is a small digging/clearing machine on site, and some fence posts have been erected along Morphett St.

The 'site' fence has been completed, there is fairly heavy looking machinery parked on site and large 'Maxcon' banners at the entrance.

Imagine this well get moving pretty quickly in the new year.

They will probably use the Vue crane.

I went passed this Site on Saturday (12 Dec ) and, apart from the brand new fence, there was no sign of any activity at all.

I wouldn't stress this will be full steam ahead soon.
