I have found this small office development which is planned for the corner of South Terrace and Hutt Street. It appears to be 4-5 levels high.

Looks nice and modern.

Heh heh, they've made it look like the f'n ocean.

Think it's time I did a photo round. This building's coming along well, more glass has gone on CC1 and the wraps are mostly off KPMG.

I'll try have some pics up soon.

Have sites resumed work? I was holding off my pic taking duties until then.

Flinders Link, CC1 and KPMG are back on deck mate.

I'm not sure about the rest, but if Flinders Link is swinging, 223 North Tce would be too.

Much movement Pants? I noticed some swinging actions but wasn't sure if they were back into full construction or just partial works? Bit lazy at the moment and can't be stuffed with pic taking until some decent activity starts again.

Not too much mate. Don't think the sites are back to full business.

KPMG and the Light Square tower have become alot more visible though and are both looking pretty good.

Thats what i thought for a moment, but upon closer inspection it is correct. The photographer is standing right at the edge on the fountain with a wide angle maybe a 28mm lens. Great render and will look fantastic when completed.

Thanks for that Howie, good to come to a Forum that doesn't feel they have to spam with junk. SS.com has become littered with crap now. By the way i went by the alias of "Brando" on SS.com.

Thanks again and look forward to constructive insights and opinions from respected people on this board.

How good has this turned out!

Can't wait to see it at night with the blue light coming from the stairwells!
