Do you know if they modified the kerb or adjusted the "saggy" thingo on the trams?

They took the expensive solution this time. Rather then adjust the lifeguard, they have removed about a metre or two of the median strip. They have already began marking out to a new alignment to suit the H class and should be done in a week or so (at a guess).

H Types 367 & 351 made the run safely to City-West and back. Clearances measurements were made along the way and they shunted into both sides of City-West.

Love those pics BillD. I saw this tram on the way home and thought that they might have been doing some more testing. Should have followed it along the track.

I had a feeling that you would have been on site for this Bill, thanks greatly for the shots. If I had found out on Railpage even half an hour earlier then I did, I would have been there. Once I again, I thankyou greatly.

The reason why the single track section exists is to provide a turning lane to the Convention Centre and also to provide a crossover before the terminus. It was originally thought that the single track section was because of bridge clearances and the track currently goes under the highest part of the bridge.
