I have just read the AGM release for Bendigo Adelaide Bank and they have announced that they are the major tenant for this project! just working on some details with the developer!!

ok heres the latest on this one and it will be announced next week; this site is getting demolished! Adl / Bendigo will relocate, until their new 5 star building will be built, further more it will be over 10 stories! my sources have said they want a complete change over and be in the the new premis...

I have heard that at some stage today the Premier will be announcing that the Police HQ is going ahead on this site!

I have heard through the roumor mill that Adl Bank / Bendigo needs new building. Their lease in Hindmarsh squares expires soon. My sources said it was either going to be this site or the Franklin St (behing the Telstra exchange)
