Probably too late to make a submission on the DA to demand a blank concrete wall. Would be perfect wall and no light for a projector/home cinema

You realise how tall this is right… construction hasn’t started yet and they want it open by 2027. My thoughts are it’ll partly open by that time.

they're not going to open it while its still under construction

Not sure if this already posted but here is the website for this apartment building.

The render featured has the building right up against the neighbouring building on Gilbert Street but very clearly that’s not the case in the update photos?

Last time I visited the Adelaide aquatic centre, the cashier asked for my postcode before selling me the admission. I replied 5000. She didn't write it down. Obviously she had a job to do.

Thanks PeFe. Both these developments are really exciting particularly for their longer durations compared to typical 2 hour batteries.

In the case of the Mannum battery alone, you're looking at 4 hour daily periods where it'll be able to discharge enough energy for 10% of state demand for 4 hours ...

I'd also like to know what their ...

Brick can be brilliant, tacky and everything in between. I think the main concern with brick on recent developments is when it falls into the categories 1. Aldo's 8 flats on ...
