update for 4 King william st kent town - working on the ground floor is continuing. This project has a semi basement parking level at the back of the ( furtherest from king William st).

Update 5 /4/2025 every thing apart from the front wall and the front part of the 2 sidewalls has been demolished (or fell down). The saved walls are been supported by thin-sectioned steel work- so much for saving the roof and chimneys.
PS any one want a second hand TV.

30/3/2025 Update for 9 story building at Tonsley (Junction Tonsley project) now at level 6.

60/3/2025 update for Forestville. nothing has happened close to Anzac Hy lake forestville is still an empty dusty hole. There is some action at far east end with services such as power, water supply and sewer services being laid for 2-3 story town house developement.

I think it is a painting of a sheet covering up the wall until some monumental unveiling.

Update 26/3/2025- most of the reccent work has been concentrated on fitting out ground flloor and level 2 glazing . pictures show O'connell st from north to south. There is some glazing on street level also.
The crane should come down soon.

Update 26/3/2025 Osmond Tce this project has finally emerged out the ground with ground floor complete and columns now being formed up. The service/lift core on the far left hand (northern side ) of site.
