Seems this site (between the Sage and the Chifley) now has SWP status...there is fencing around the whole site now and demolition appears to be finished with activity on site still ongoing....can anyone provide any further insight as to what is happening with this site/project?

I'm pretty sure that site is 215,216-225 South Terrace. There was a proposal back in 2016 for an 18 level apartment building.
