So curious to see how this one will look. Based off of the renders it isn’t special but given the glazing is of quality it could be okay.

The glazing is probably the most minimal material of this project. Whether this turns out OK will depend entirely on how they craft the concrete, especially the spandrels which will have an 'integral' paint to make them resemble glass (in reflectivity).
