Last Festival Plaza crane is coming down today

Botten + Bowser on Melbourne Street will have a tower crane in the next few months. Excavation of the basement should start in the next few weeks, with the crane base following this.

Pretty sure I saw a crane going up on carrington street for the tiny 8 level build on corner of hurtle square. Surprised they would have a tower crane for such a small project.
