So once the crane is down and the work site clears, what will the council's next excuse for delaying the Frome St bikeway be?

Likely talk about how the site on the other side of Frome St is slated for construction works.
I'll eat my hat if the bikeway ever makes it down this section of Frome between Rundle and North Terrace.

Yeah, painting the exposed concrete white would really brighten that place up. The renders seemed to suggest it would be so it was disappointing when it didn't get done.

My guess it was a last minute cost cutting. If they were always intending to leave the concrete exposed, it would have been finished to a higher standard.
