Monarto Rising - 5 Star Luxury Hotel and Glamping (Monarto Safari Park)

JLL Hotels & Hospitality, with Transaction Management by Advise Transact, have been exclusively appointed to offer For Sale the Monarto Hotel & Glamping development. Located within Monarto Safari Park, this exciting near-complete development presents an immediate opportunity to acquire and operate a state-of-the-art hotel with significant destination hotel potential.

An exceptional highlight of the hotel development is its desirable location within major demand driver – Monarto Safari Park, the largest open-range safari experience outside of Africa. The accommodation operator, working in partnership with Monarto Safari Park staff, will provide hotel and glamping guests the opportunity to participate in exclusive sunrise and sunset African style safari tours.

The Monarto Hotel and Glamping Development is a luxury offering situated on Monarto Road, and directly within Monarto Safari Park. The large 65.66 Ha (656,600 sqm) freehold site is being developed into an innovative accommodation offering that seamlessly blends modern luxury finishes with the rustic charm of an African wilderness escape.

The development features a modern, design-led hotel, by leading Adelaide-based architects - Intro Architecture, to offer nature-based serenity and unique views of the safari park’s exotic wildlife.

For an even more immersive experience, there are 20 luxury glamping tents, each poised on raised platforms to provide panoramic views of the surrounding African plains.

A centerpiece of the development is its visitor lodge with resort-style amenities, including a gourmet restaurant and refreshing plunge pools, all with breathtaking views of the majestic African-inspired landscape.

The hotel will offer a total of 78 spacious guest rooms & suites across three floors, including 2 two-bedroom family suites, 8 one-bedroom suites, and 2 rooms with balconies. It will also house a variety of amenities including a day spa, 2 swimming pools with a pool bar & café, a restaurant & bar, and a conference room.

The glamping component features a total of 20 glamping tents comprising 2 family tents, 2 DDA tents, and 16 standard tents, with room to incorporate additional tents in the future. The glamping component will also have its own visitor lodge with resort-style amenities including a gourmet restaurant, plunge pools, lounge area.
