anyone ever tried yoga? I think it really depends on your instructor, but I tried recently and found it to be beneficial and relaxing for me at this time.

Yes, I love yoga and would recommend it to anyone. It's really very good for you.

I also get entertainment with my yoga class here in Seattle - my teacher is a very prickly English lady in her seventies and everyone is scared of her, including me I'm not sure why yoga has not made her more mellow over the years!

Yes i have started Yoga again, been doing it without much dedication off and on for 30 years.
My wife is into it so i went along with her to a class just around the corner from where i live in Adelaide.
The teacher (she) is very experienced and teaches with a gentle and encouraging style. I am at the stage where my body needs the stretch and hangs out for a regular lesson.
