Demo has started according to their Facebook page. Hopefully construction starts shortly after & we are not waiting months/years as this seems to have taken forever to get to this point!

Showroom is now completely empty.
Website is updated & now says ‘construction commencing July 2018’, so hopefully see some action here next week.

This could be dead. Went past and all signage has been removed.
Yeah pretty sure it is. Realestate.com.au ads gone. Website - deleted. Facebook page - deleted. Reckon it’s pretty dead. Shame - one of the better apartment designs we have seen.

Website for this has been updated with new renders, also noticed on their Facebook page they had an investor launch a few days ago:

Looks pretty good & about 23-24 levels, so around the 80-85 meter mark.

From a source close to this, 29 Twin Street behind the Ibis may become a 34 level mixed use development by Hines Property Group. Well it’s listed on their website as ‘coming soon’, so if it turns out to be 34 levels, looking at about 120m: http://www.hinesproperty.com.au/projects/27-29-twin-street-...

Hmm, their other proposed projects in Melbourne & Perth don't look too good. You know we won't, but hopefully get something better than these:

Don't know anything about this project, but looking at the two buildings either side of it, surely its 451 Morphett St? Great looking building btw.

There's been unassociated roadworks adjacent for a good couple of weeks. Suspect we'll see demolition approval as the next step. That being said Ben stated a few posts back that work would commence in November... Correct, the red bollards were for gas works along hutt st, but drove past this mornin...

This part of the city for me is the worst, that corner, with the vacant corner across the road (carpark) and a petrol station across the road. And don't forget the average looking apartment complex next to the other vacant corner. Hopefully the corner will be enticed by this project. As for the pet...
